HOUSE BILL 129 TO BECOME LAW

The B.I.G. Team is happy to report that House Bill 129 was signed by Governor Kemp and will become law on January 1, 2026! It was amazing to work on this bill this session and get it across the finish line. It was a small team focused on getting the post-production credit reinstated.

We are thankful for this opportunity to serve our members and proud we could produce winning results that will keep Georgia as one of the top states for post-production and visual effects.
